today i came back from class chalet. 3 days ago i came back from ben's house.
class chalet was. hmm. fun to say the least. fast food for 2 days indeed does wonders to one's soul (and horror for one's heart). mahjong and bridge, too were rather fun. i also learnt to play pool for the first time in 5 years! apparently the only thing i can do is make the ball bounce :o
but apart from all the nonsense we did, i have to say that a 12 hour TV marathon really is crazy. i don't know how girls can spend 12 hours sitting at a TV screen watching enchanted and well, meteor garden. the pain. THE PAINNNNNNN!
ah well. anyway, thank you, yuling, for organizing the class "chalet". yeah i bet everyone who went had a good time.
so now i look forward to spending the rest of my holidays either trying to find a proper DS emulator or playing kirby till my eyes dry out. of course there's also the option to read, but i think my eyes would dry out and melt even faster.

i remember telling viet all the nonsense about getting As for promos.
i now think that is the biggest joke i have said in my entire life (not counting the million other funny ones)
ah well. now it's time to...
uh wait. i dont even know what to do now. It is the period often known as *
drumroll*post paper depression! suddenly i find so much time on my hands (well, figuratively, anyway) and i don't know how to spend it. ah well. i shall find a way to do so. perhaps i shall start to sudy for bio O. that probably sounds better than glueing myself to my computer :/

hmm google's new browser is open for beta.
and funny they call it chrome, it in a strange juxtaposed shade of blue. which really doesn't come anywhere near chrome.
ah well. give me themes that i can modify anyday.
however, chrome has coooooool tab boxes on the top of the screen. and i just imported my entire list of like 300 bookmarks onto chrome in like 3 seconds. and all the passwords and everything.
and the pastel blue shade of the address bar and bookmarks bar is nice. so are the icons. since there aren't any themes for chrome i'm not supposed to complain, and i'm not :D
apparently chrome is supposed to be faster than firefox. but i can't really tell the difference, except that gmail seems to load faster. (whaddya know. gmail.)
but noo chrome doesn't have addons! argh i won't be able to have a veohtv tab or be able to directly wiki something. i have to OPEN a new window to do that. but considering how fast chrome touts itself to be, maybe i shouldn't be complaining.
ah well. i think i'll stick with firefox till google provides addons or something for chrome. but then maybe it'll start to lag. and then the cycle starts again. hmm...
